location with some of the finest trout fishing in Europe.

B&B

Local knowledge is always available together with

fly-tying bench, drying area, freezer facilities, hot smoker,

rod racks, packed lunches and ample parking.

We can also arrange boats and permits if required.

Oakham, an attractive market town with many restaurants and shops is

only 2½ miles away - and has a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
